 General Provisions

 

1.1   “Community Development Fund” (hereinafter the “Foundation”) is founded and registered in Kosova in accordance with United Nations Interim Administration in Kosovo (UNMIK) Regulation No. 1999/22 of November 15, 1999 (the ‘Regulation’).

 

The founder of the Foundation is the Kosova Foundation for Open Society a foundation registered in Kosova in accordance with UNMIK Regulation No. 1999/22, located Aktas II, 38, 38000, Prishtina Kosova (hereinafter the “Founder”). ...
